WHAT ARE MODES OF PAYMENTS?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

We also accept Direct Bank Transfer (offline payments) through Zelle.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Please note that we do not process or ship orders during weekends and holidays. 

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

For cancellation and change of order:

1. You may message us at hello@mayaribeauty.com from 8am to 8pm daily (except Weekends and Holidays) to cancel and change your order.

2. Login to your account and click the view order history. If your items are not yet processed you will find a ‘cancel order’ button that you may click to cancel your order.

3. Once products is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us for more details.
